Programs That Provide Home-Delivered Meals to Residents of Montgomery County, PA

You may be eligible to receive home-delivered meals through a specialized program.

 Requirements to participate in the program:

• Must be 60 years of age or older

• Must be unable to prepare meals for themselves and have no one residing with them who can do so.

• Must be unable to shop for themselves and have no one residing with them who can do so.

All individuals are screened to verify they meet these criteria before a needs assessment
