Fertility, Adoption & Reproductive Health

Pathways to parenthood don't always follow a straight line. Whether you are navigating fertility treatments, exploring adoption or surrogacy, managing the financial costs, or looking for emotional support, you don't have to do it alone.

Below, we’ve gathered local, regional, and national resources—including financial grants, support groups, clinic options, and alternative family-building options—to help guide you through every stage of your journey.

Adoption

Adoption can take many forms, including private domestic adoption, foster-care adoption, kinship adoption and international adoption. The process, costs, timelines and legal requirements vary considerably depending on the type of adoption. A good first step is working with a Pennsylvania-licensed adoption agency or appropriate public child-welfare agency and learning about all available pathways.
