Special Needs Housing, Transportation & Daily Living

Everyone deserves the opportunity to live safely, move through their community, and have as much choice and independence in daily life as possible. For people with disabilities, however, finding accessible housing, reliable transportation, home modifications, personal assistance, or the right community-based supports can involve navigating a complicated network of programs and eligibility requirements.

At Montco 4 All, we believe accessibility and independence are essential parts of an inclusive community. This page brings together local and Pennsylvania resources for accessible and supportive housing, home modifications, transportation and paratransit, assistive technology, daily living support, and services that can help people with disabilities live independently in their homes and communities.
